Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a nice experience overall. The rooms, although a bit outdated, were clean and provided a comfortable stay, which was more convenient than driving around late at night. The service was very friendly and courteous, especially the bartender and wait staff late Friday evening. The location was not ideal for walking to tourist attractions, but the hotel was easily accessible to downtown. The dining experience was good overall, despite a long wait for the order, and the wood-fired pizza was delicious.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Fisher Theater and walking distance from places we wanted to see in Detroit. Although the soft-goods renovation was noticeable in the rooms, the noise from the hallway was a bit bothersome. The lack of heat in the room, coupled with an unsatisfactory interaction with the front desk staff, was a drawback during our stay.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were very comfortable and quite nice, with immediate response to adjust the A/C from the staff. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff making my visit even more pleasant. The location, while a bit far from downtown, was perfect for accessing the Q-line tram and museums. The dining experience was good, although a bit expensive. Overall, a wonderful stay with minor room for improvement.
